Previously known as Siemens Intellectual Property Consulting Pte Ltd (a former subsidiary of Siemens Pte Ltd in Singapore), Horizon IP has a team of experts in all aspects of US IP law, IP laws of different jurisdictions including China (CNIPA), Singapore (IPOS ), Europe (EPO) and various international treaties such as PCT, Paris Convention and Madrid Protocol.
Our team consists of US patent attorneys, Singapore patent agents, Chinese patent agents and former examiners from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). Most of them have advanced degrees in engineering hence giving us a unique advantage that enable us to provide the most relevant, insightful and strategic patent solutions that suit our client's need.
We have obtained qualification as patent agents with Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since 2003, after which we have been assisting both Singaporean and foreign companies with the filing and prosecution of patents and trademarks. In addition to our operating office in the San Francisco Bay area, we have also signed an MOU with the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City to start a subsidiary office and collaboration by the second half of 2022.
