Ching-Shu (pronounced chingsu) practices patent prosecution in San Francisco, California, USA.  She offers broad experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications involving medical imaging, visualization, database management, artificial intelligence, semiconductor materials and processing, 3-D mechanical products, and biotech/chemical engineering.  She also drafts and reviews business contracts, CDA, SOW, term sheet, service contract, and IP licensing agreements. 

 

Before joining Horizon IP, Ching-Shu was a practicing dentist in Indiana, USA.  She performed high-tech dentistry, and developed her practice into one of the top 10% net income of US dental practices.  She has experience as a mediator for Indiana Consumer Protection Agency, and a trademark infringement associate for Continental Enterprises of Indianapolis, Indiana.

 

Ching-Shu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.  She clerked for prestigious law firms in Beijing, China, including King and Wood, Jia Yuan, and Junzejun law offices.
