Meet the Team

 

Most of our attorneys and associates have advanced degrees in engineering and science with strong legal backgrounds. We are all familiar with IP law of other jurisdictions, including Europe and Asia. Most of us are also fluent in both English and Chinese. In addition, our staff includes ex-examiners from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in China, as well as qualified Chinese patent agents.
