Sing Tze joined Horizon IP in 2009 . Her main responsibilities include drafting patent applications and preparing responses to office actions.

In addition, she had also worked as a trainee at a large patent firm in Munich for about two years.  Her main responsibilities included drafting patent applications tailored for filing with the USPTO and EPO, and prosecuting patent applications in the aforementioned patent offices, including preparing responses to office actions and written opinions.  In addition, she represented the patent firm in trade shows in Germany, providing on-site services to Asian exhibitors.

Sing Tze is familiar with various technological areas, including electronics, semiconductor technologies, organic light emitting diodes (OLED) and liquid crystal display (LCD) and other display technologies, telecommunications and material science.
